Belong Project
Mills Creative initially launched the Belong Project to highlight where design truly begins—at its core, with people. Rooted in Design Thinking, the Belong Project was developed to lead project kickoffs through a people-first approach, helping clients explore ideas and solve problems by prioritizing empathy, insight, and collaboration.
This process invited teams and individuals to ideate differently, replacing judgment with curiosity and aligning project needs with human-centered solutions. What began as a design methodology evolved into a dynamic coaching and mentoring program that supports creatives, neurodivergent thinkers, and overwhelmed achievers to thrive. Today, the Belong Project empowers people to navigate complexity, unlock potential, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
