Belong Project
Mills Creative initially created the Belong project to demonstrate where design begins at its core: with people—putting people first and showing how Design Thinking solves problems. It was the platform where Mills Creative would meet the project and the people behind it using Design Thinking to run the kickoff meetings. Many discoveries were made, and clients could ideate in a new way by putting people first and processing and implementing the needs of the project next. This process opened up Belong Project to be its own coaching and mentoring program for teams and individuals and inspired people to replace judgment with curiosity.
